Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 225°F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Core apples, then slice thinly; arrange slices in single layer on baking sheets.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture evenly over apple slices. Bake 1 ¾–2 hours, rotating pans every 30 minutes.
- Transfer apple chips to wire rack and let stand until cooled and crispy. Serve.
