1/2 lb fried chicken tenders (3-4)
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley (coarsely chopped)
4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken gravy
2 teaspoons chipotle pepper sauce (optional)
1. Broil waffles 30 seconds on each side to lightly toast. Place cheese on waffles; top with chicken.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoons gravy over chicken. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts and chicken is hot.
3. Sprinkle with parsley and 1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce. Serve.
