Ingredients

1 cup mild sliced banana peppers, coarsely chopped
1 (3-oz) package julienne-cut, sun-dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
8 oz cream cheese
2 (5.2-oz) packages garlic/herb spreadable cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 (8-oz) package diced cooked ham
Crusty bread, crackers, or chips (optional for dipping)

Steps

  1. Chop peppers and tomatoes. Cut cream cheese into small cubes; place in medium saucepan with garlic/herb cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook on medium 4–5 minutes, stirring often, or until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in ham, peppers, and tomatoes; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often, or until mixture is hot. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or chips for dipping.
