Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1 (3 oz) package julienne-cut, sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 2 (5.2 oz) packages garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 (8 oz) package diced, cooked ham
- Crusty bread, crackers, or chips (optional for dipping)
Steps
- Chop peppers and tomatoes. Cut cream cheese into small cubes; place in medium saucepan with garlic-herb cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook on medium 4–5 minutes, stirring often, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in ham, peppers, and tomatoes; cook 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until mixture is hot. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or chips for dipping, if using.
