Ingredients

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 (11.4-oz) package Old El Paso Hard and Soft Taco Dinner Kit
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 lime, for wedges
1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1/2 cup canned Hunts Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh salsa (from Produce)

Steps

  1. Preheat grill pan on high 2–3 minutes. Season chicken with taco seasoning (from kit); wash hands. Place chicken in grill pan; cook 4–5 minutes on each side or until chicken is 165°F.
  2. Heat taco shells and tortillas following microwave package instructions. Slice avocado; cut lime into wedges.
  3. Cut chicken into small pieces; combine with pineapple. Fill taco shells and tortillas with chicken, avocado, and remaining ingredients (including sauce from kit). Serve with lime wedges.
