Enjoy an evening filled with sweet treats, prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert, who is from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa.  Let him share his remarkable pastry skills, warm and open personality, and years of experience with you, as you sample delicious food and great wine.


Sous Vide Aged Strip Steak with Micro Lettuce, Lemon Caviar, Grated Olive Oil, Spiced Walnuts, and Stilton Blue Cheese; Lemoncello Syllabub with Tuile Cookie and Macerated Berries; Fennel and Coriander Crusted Tuna with Cauliflower Puree, Purple Ninja Radish and Tomato Confit; Mango Passionfruit Drop, Green Cardamom Meringue, Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream, Raspberry Dust, and Vanilla Cherry Pate de Choux.
