Class Description

For those who love a little sweet with their savory, this menu is for you. Learn from our chefs about bringing balance to a dish and turning up the volume on flavor. In this highly personal and interactive Chefs Table class, we will offer limited classroom style seating with a small ratio of students to instructors.

Each course will be paired with wine.

Menu

Seared Sea Scallops with Spiced Carrot Puree and Tamari Caramel; Poached Pear and Gorgonzola Salad with Granola and Warm Lemon Hazelnut Vinaigrette; Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Apple and Walnut Kale Agrodolce; Bacon Wrapped Dates with Whipped Honey Goat Cheese.

Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
