Class Description

Start out light and easy, and progress to stronger and bolder flavors, both with food and wines!  In this highly personal and interactive Chefs Table class, we will offer limited classroom style seating with a small ratio of students to instructors.

Each course will be paired with wine.

Phyllo Wrapped Crab-Cake Stuffed Shrimp and Seasonal Vegetables with Manchego White Wine Sauce; Grilled Vegetable Chopped Salad; Sous Vide Bone-in Ribeye Steaks topped with Crawfish Étouffée and Cowboy Rice Salad; Cinnamon Clove Cabernet Sauvignon Poached Apples stuffed with Cinnamon Mascarpone topped with Caramel Drizzle.
