An exploration of techniques. Join us at Aprons Cooking School along with a Ballast Point Brewing Co. beer expert, so you can experience what started as a small group of home brewers, who simply wanted to make a better beer. Expand your taste buds with great food paired with unique flavors of beer.


Local/Seasonal Fish Augachille (Jalapeño/Lime Broth, Avocado Puree, Cucumber, Shaved Red Onion, Cilantro, Tajin Puffed Rice) paired with Bonito Blonde; Organic Kale Salad (Organic Kale, Hominy, Savory Granola, Avocado, Feta Cheese, Crispy Tortilla Strips, Chipotle Vinaigrette) paired with UnFiltered Sculpin; V@S Braised Short Rib (Short Rib, Celery Root Puree, Hasselback Potatoes, Braising Liquid Sauce) paired with V@S; Blackberry Sour Wench Panna Cotta (Panna Cotta infused with Blackberry Sour Wench, Macerated Strawberries and Dehydrated Meringue) paired with Blackberry Sour Wench.
