Step 1 Stop by your local Publix Pharmacy for a Patient Information Form, or fill out our downloadable versions, available in English or Spanish. You must have Adobe Reader for these online forms. (You can download Adobe Reader for free.)
Step 2 Call in or drop off your prescription information at your local Publix Pharmacy and we'll do the rest. For added convenience, we accept 99% of insurance plans to fill your prescription needs.
Step 3 Pick up your prescription when you pick up your groceries.
