Brown Shelf Tags

Why are some shelf tags brown?

We carry products that are organic; made with organic ingredients; made without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors; and traditional. It's easy to tell the difference right away by checking the label on the shelf or bin below the product.

Products that are organic; made with organic ingredients; made without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors; and those that make a substantiated environmental product claim have brown labels.  USDA certified organic and 70-percent-or-more organic have brown labels marked with recognizable icons. If a product doesn't make any of the above claims, it's considered traditional and will have a white label.
