Publix Issues W-2 Forms                            

Jan. 11, 2012 — All active associates who elected to receive their W-2 electronically now have the ability to access their 2011 W-2 through PASSport. Current associates who did not elect to receive their 2011 W-2 electronically will receive their printed W-2 by Jan. 31, 2012, at their work location. 

Current associates who have questions regarding their W-2s should call payroll at (863) 688-7407, ext. 22311, or send an e-mail with their personnel number, full name and specific question to lakeland.payroll@publix.com.

W-2 forms for former associates will be mailed to their last known home address. Former associates who have questions regarding their W-2s should call (863) 688-7407, ext. 36255.
