Planning List Help

Select the corresponding number, as represented below, for descriptions of available page features.
1 This list shows:
  • The three most recently added items which have a specific price, along with their quantity and price
  • The number of additional priced items on the list, beyond the three most recently added
  • The Total Cost of all priced items

2 The list also shows the total number of non-priced items. Non-Priced items have prices which vary depending on market and other conditions.

3 Reminder Items are handy hints of additional tasks or products that need to be completed or purchased. You add these to your list, same as priced and non-priced items.

4 This text shows if the list has been saved or not.

5 Click the Save button to save the list. You will be asked to register/login, if you aren't already. After this list is saved once, it continues to save automatically as you move throughout the site, adding additional items.

5 Click the View List button to see the expanded format of the planning list, which lists all items and allows you to change quantities, remove items, email the list to a friend, print it, etc.
This is the expanded version of the planning list. It shows all list contents.

1 When you save your list you will be asked to register with Publix.com so you can retrieve and modify your list(s) in the future. When you save your list, you can name it, note the event date, record the number of expected guests and add other notes you wish about the event.

Click the Email to a Friend button to send a copy of this list to a friend via email.

3 Click the Print List button to print a paper copy of your list to assist in placing your order either by phone or at your neighborhood Publix.

4 All priced items are shown in this section, along with their type/size, quantity, unit price, total price (quantity x unit price), and lead time. You can change type/size or quantity, and then see how your changes will impact pricing by clicking the Update Total (5) button. Or, check items to be removed from your list entirely and click the Remove Checked Items button (6).

5 Click the Update Total button to see how changes you make to items on your list impact your cost, and to lock in changes to both Priced and Non-Priced Items prior to saving.

5 After checking the "remove" checkbox for any items you wish to delete, click the Remove Checked Items to permanently delete them from your list.

1 This section shows non-priced items. Non-Priced items have prices which vary depending on market or specific selections you make such as with customizing your Publix decorated cake (8). Adjust type/size or quantity, then click Update Total (5). Or check items to be removed from the list entirely and click Remove Checked Items (6).

2 Select Customize Cake, to specify the options for your cake and save those to your Planning List. You can specify cake shape/size, flavor, filling, icing and more. When you have finished customizing your cake, an estimated price will be added to your Planning List.

3 Reminder Items are handy hints of additional tasks or products that you will find in the Event Planning section. You add these to your list, same as priced and non-priced items. You can also add reminders in your own words by typing them into the text area. Remember to click the Update Other Reminders (10) button when you are finished adding or editing reminders in your own words.

3 Click the Update Other Reminders button if you add or edit reminders in your own words.
Note that once your list is saved, changes are saved automatically if you Update Your Total or Other Reminders.
