Valentine's Day  Back to Events

Whether you prefer to celebrate Valentine's Day with friends, family or your special someone, start the fun in advance with a kids' card-making party.

Schedule the event for the weekend before so it won't conflict with guests' Valentine's Day plans. When you're planning the card party festivities, don't limit the fun to cards only: As the cards dry, round up the kids for themed games such as Valentine Bingo: Write words associated with the holiday on bingo cards and use conversation heart candies for the markers. Show kids how to make a cute Valentine Pouch to tote their cards home from the party and take them to school.

Give the party a sweet ending with an assortment of luscious desserts. Check out the selection of delectables at your neighborhood Publix.

Menu Made Easy

Here's where we've figured out courses and servings for the party. Scroll down to see the Publix selections we suggest, then add appropriate sizes and/or quantities to your Planning List based on the estimated servings per course (see chart). If you're interested in other options, you may click View All to see everything else available by course. Or, you can use our Plan a Menu tool to build your own menu for the event.
