Egg-stra Fun Activities Back to Event Details
Let guests' imaginations soar this Easter with holiday-inspired crafts and games:
- Give kids the opportunity to play dress-up for an old-fashioned Easter parade. Fill a large box with old dress-up clothes and let guests take their pick. Then supply paper plates, markers, construction paper and ribbon so little ones can decorate Easter bonnets and hats. Attach ribbon to each side of the plate to tie together under kids' chins when their bonnet or hat is finished. Then play music and have them parade through the house or yard wearing their fancy garb.
- Help the partygoers make Easter eggs with flair: Apply craft glue to dyed eggs, then dip the eggs in glitter. Or create interesting patterns by cutting shapes from contact paper and securing them to the eggs. Remove the shapes after dipping the eggs in dye. Make some eggs ahead of time for traditional Easter games such as an egg hunt and egg toss.
- Add springtime cheer with daffodil arrangements from your neighborhood Publix. Have children draw holiday greetings on brown paper gift bags and place the flowers in jars of water tucked into the bags. They can take the arrangements home as party favors.
