Q: I have more than one child. Can I still join the club?
A: Yes. You can enroll any child up to 24 months of age. Separate enrollment forms should be completed for each child.

A: Yes. You should complete an enrollment form for each child under the age of 24 months.

Q: I have a child under 24 months and I'm pregnant with my second child; what will I receive?
A: You will receive a newsletter and coupons appropriate to your first child's age. When your second child is born, you will receive age-appropriate newsletters and coupons for your newborn.

Q: I am a grandparent. Can I still join the club, and what will I receive?
A: Yes. As long as you are the primary caretaker of the child, you may join the club. You will receive all of the materials a parent would otherwise receive.

Q: How can I discontinue my membership?
A: There are several ways to discontinue your membership:

• Update your membership online anytime, or
• Complete the response form included on the sheet of coupons sent in every membership mailing, and mail it in, or
• Fill out the "Birth Confirmation" form (mailed to your home approximately three weeks after your child's expected birth date), indicating you want to discontinue membership, and mail it to Publix.

Q: How can I update my address?
A: There are several ways to update your address:

• Update online anytime, or
• Complete the response form included on the sheet of coupons sent in every membership mailing, and mail it in, or
• Fill out the "Birth Confirmation" form (mailed to your home approximately three weeks after your child's expected birth date), indicating you want to update your address, and mail it to Publix.

Q: How will I receive the newsletter and coupons?
A: Newsletters and coupons will be delivered via US mail directly to your home. All coupons have an expiration date of three to six months from the week they are mailed to your home.

Q: How often will I receive the newsletters and coupons?
A: Newsletters and coupons will be delivered to your home every three to four months.

Q: I have twins or triplets, what will I receive?
A: If you have twins or triplets you must enroll each child separately. However, your household will receive only one membership packet.

Q: Can I receive Publix Baby Club materials in Spanish?
A: Yes. Simply indicate your desire to receive materials in Spanish by checking the appropriate box on the enrollment form.

Q: Will I receive the American Academy of Pediatrics book?
A: The American Academy of Pediatrics book is a free gift only to first-time parents who join the club.

Q: Is the American Academy of Pediatrics book available in Spanish?
A: Yes. Simply indicate your desire to receive materials in Spanish by checking the appropriate box on the enrollment form.
