You may have received a letter from us informing you that a check presented by you to Publix Super Markets was dishonored by the bank. For your convenience, you may pay for the check online using Western Union’s Speedpay service. Accepted methods of payment are:

  • ACH debit from your checking account
  • Credit card

In order to pay online, you will need the control number for the check that you wish to pay for. The control number is located on the letter that you received in the bottom right hand corner. Each check must be paid for individually. If you do not know your control number, you may call us for assistance at 1-866-525-3040 Monday – Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time. 

You can also pay for your check at the store where it was presented. Payment for returned checks at our store locations can only be made with cash, money order, or cashier’s check. Payment may also be made by phone by calling 1-866-525-3040 Monday – Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time.
