Bring your drive to succeed to our Loss Prevention team, which is looking for individuals with initiative and dedication.
ContributionsOur team of 16 Specialists ensures that Loss Prevention services and advice are provided to managers and associates. They do this by evaluating financial and exception reports as well as operational conditions to identify opportunities to shrink reduction, control of cash losses and general protection of Publix’ assets. Specialists help stores manage shrink through compliance auditing and by bringing awareness to issues. They also investigate reports of known or suspected internal theft, vendor fraud, and external theft, including Organized Retail Crime. The Loss Prevention Specialists augment our Corporate efforts to provide protection to associates and customers, as well as the company’s other assets. OpportunitiesWe often have openings for Loss Prevention Specialists in our Divisional offices. Each Specialist is assigned a region of Publix stores for which he or she is responsible. Compensation is salaried and includes a year-end bonus in December equal to one month’s pay. Required QualificationsThe required qualifications for this position include:
