Making your job search easier

Our Employment Office staff serves many roles, from helping hiring managers set up interviews and conduct background checks to working with the software vendor that supplies our online application system. The staff also helps new hires on their first day obtain parking badges and sign required paperwork. One of their most important roles, though, is helping job seekers who have questions about applying for openings in our corporate offices, distribution centers and manufacturing plants.

Working in the employment office, I have the opportunity to experience the excitement and enthusiasm of newly-hired Publix associates on a daily basis. Publix gives me the chance to interact with a highly diverse workforce, share ideas, and most of all feel like I am an integral part of the Publix team.
