Nearly 3,000 corporate associates work behind the scenes to support our stores, our distribution centers, and our manufacturing plants. Most of them are based at our corporate headquarters in Lakeland, Florida, but several hundred are on field support teams that work in the five states in which we operate.

Contributions
Our Corporate teams are responsible for:
- responding to the thousands of customers who email, write, phone, or fax us with compliments, questions, suggestions or complaints
- evaluating hundreds of new products each year and letting customers know about the ones we decide to purchase or manufacture
- overseeing our supply chain to monitor inventories in our distribution centers, in our stores, and on the road in our fleet of trucks
- buying property and designing new stores
- developing strategies to reduce losses or accidents incurred by our associates, our customers, and our company
- designing and facilitating training programs
- administering a wide array of associate benefit programs
- helping to manage our vast technological resources, and
- making sure our company upholds our legal and ethical obligations.
Locations
Our Corporate headquarters in Lakeland consists of our three main offices and several smaller facilities. We have divisional offices in Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Miami. We also have field staff in other cities.
