Teff flour, arrowroot flour, quinoa flour…the list goes on and on. Our Aprons chefs will help you design a wheat-free pantry using your own flour blends to meet every flour need. Whether there is a gluten intolerance on the “rise”, or you are just weeding out the wheat. We will teach you a few wheat-free flour blends that can create everything from pie crusts to pancakes.

Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
