Even on the rainiest and most miserable weather days we sometimes crave barbecue. Fire up the grill pan and turn on the pressure cooker and let’s get cooking in the comfort of an air conditioned kitchen.
Grilled Lamb Blade Steak with Mint Julep Syrup; Grilled Pork Steak with Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce; Slow Cooked Ribs with Chili Lime Butter; Roasted Banana and Walnut Cobbler with Salted Caramel.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
