A warm, moonlit night in Tuscany with that special someone, when you happen upon that out of the way gem, and have the best meal you can ever remember. Join us for this class to try and recreate that meal.
Panzanella Salad with Tomatoes, Basil, Olives, and Fresh Mozzarella; Casarecci Pasta with Pancetta, Cauliflower, and Leeks; Veal Chop alla Fiorentina with Spinach and Potatoes; Chianti-Poached Pears with Zabaglione.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
