Daniel Schubert
Daniel Schubert

Daniel Schubert is a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. His passion for food came from growing up in a family where the kitchen was the heart of the homestead.

 

John Barbie
John Barbie

As a fourth generation decedent of Ybor City immigrants, John grew up in a Cuban and Italian home. His passion for cooking was inherited from his Grandmother. In his over 20 years experience, John has worked and managed almost every position in a restaurant. His culinary ventures have led him to live in Baton Rouge, LA. and Houston, TX. Cuban and Italian cuisines come naturally to him but he has developed a love for Southeast Asian cuisines.
John is a firm believer that food is nothing without family to share it with. For him, cooking has always been a way to bring love and laughter to his friends and family. As an Aprons Chef, He gets to share his passion for cooking and put smiles on the faces of the people around him.

 

Kathleen Copeland
Kathleen Copeland

One of seven kids, Kathleen Copeland remembers being in the kitchen from the time she could hold a spoon. Her first job was for Tampa Yacht and Country Club as a line cook at the age of 15. From there she went to Johnson and Wales University in Miami to master the techniques used in the culinary field. She received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School for Hospitality.
From line cook to restaurant manager, Kathleen has worked every position in the restaurant field and now loves being able to teach others how to kick back and have fun in the kitchen.

Alan Landers

Alan Landers has been cooking in the Tampa Bay area for the last 20 years with an early stint in Denver, Colorado. He has a wide range of experience cooking a variety of cuisines, and enjoys Floribbean, Southern, Vietnamese, and Thai food.
