Deborah Alfaro
Deborah Alfaro

Deborah Alfaro, Wine Ambassador for Pacific Highway Wine and Spirits is passionate about how wine and food bring people together and create memorable occasions. Originally from Dublin, Ireland she learned the appreciation of wine and food at a young age both at home in Ireland and while in college studying in Brussels, Belgium.

 

Caterina Candoni
Caterina Candoni De Zan

Caterina was born in Venice, Italy, but moved with her family to the United States at the age of six. At fourteen she returned to Italy where she completed her education, earning a degree in Foreign Languages (German and French) from the University of Udine. She is also a certified Sommelier. Caterina’s outgoing personality is an asset when connecting with new customers during her frequent visits to the USA.

 

Alfredo del Rio
Alfredo Del Rio

Alfredo has been immersed in the wine business for the last 11 years; he began his career at Bodegas Real, a small family owned winery in La Mancha from 2003 to 2007, followed by Domecq Bodegas, a large Spanish wine group from 2007 to 2010, and presently for Pernod Ricard Winemakers, representing their still wine portfolio which includes Jacob’s Creek from Australia, Brancott Estate from New Zealand, Graffigna from Argentina and Campo Viejo from Spain.

 

Geoff Hess
Geoff Hess

Geoffrey Hess is responsible for Chains and Grains at Oskar Blues Brewery in Longmont Colorado. Working closely with their national chain accounts and running the Hops and Heifers brewery owned Farm.
Growing up on their 200 acre farm in Amherst Massachusetts, his father a veterinarian and mother was a flight attendant. This combination provided a unique perspective of agricultural business and opportunity to travel the world.

 

John Matson
John Matson

John grew up in the southwestern corner of Vermont, and is a 10th generation Vermonter. He started homebrewing as an 18 year old snowboard bum, who liked to follow the Grateful Dead and Phish in the summer time. He entered the profession of brewing in 1996 at 21 years old as a grunt worker and decided to make it a career, so he attended the Siebel Institute of Technology in the spring of 1997. His brewing adventures have taken him from Portland, Maine to Southern California, where he has worked in various breweries such as Shipyard Brewing Company and Stoudts Brewery, always attempting to create the perfect pint. John has won multiple GABF and world beer cup medals in the brewing industry.

John Sarich

For John, educating others about the joy of wine and food is not simply a job, it’s his driving passion. His extensive culinary program and infectious enthusiasm for matching wine and food are establishing Chateau Ste. Michelle as a dominant focus.

 

Noah Tuttle
Noah Tuttle

Noah Tuttle started off in the packaging line at the company's Longmont, Colorado, facility as well as the Oskar Blues Home Made Liquids and Solids restaurant in Longmont. He worked his way up to senior brewer, and last year was offered the opportunity by Oskar Blues owner Dale Katechis to be the Head Brewer for company's new expansion brewery in Brevard.
