Kathleen Copeland

One of seven kids, Kathleen Copeland remembers being in the kitchen from the time she could hold a spoon. Her first job was for Tampa Yacht and Country Club as a line cook at the age of 15. From there she went to Johnson and Wales University in Miami to master the techniques used in the culinary field. She received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen School for Hospitality.
From line cook to restaurant manager, Kathleen has worked every position in the restaurant field and now loves being able to teach others how to kick back and have fun in the kitchen.
