Daniel Schubert, Aprons Staff
Daniel Schubert is a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. His passion for food came from growing up in a family where the kitchen was the heart of the homestead. His first culinary position was following in his brother’s footsteps. Eventually, promoting him to a sous chef. After venturing out in the culinary world gaining knowledge and experience; his hard work and dedication paid off when he became the executive chef at Brett’s Waterway Café. He is now excited to work at Publix Aprons Cooking School in Tampa, teaching others how fun and easy cooking can be.
