Rich Norris, Aprons Staff
Rich Norris is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in N.Y.C, and has been cooking since 1994. He spent several years cooking in fine-dining establishments, catering and upscale country clubs in New York and Connecticut. Rich has also worked as a chef for an organic kitchen. Rich moved to Florida and joined the Aprons team in early 2006. He is particularly fond of local and organic products and enjoys the history behind the food.
