A 3-day hands-on class built to help you feel comfortable enough to bake at home. This series will be fun and enjoyable for you, plus your family will have lasting memories when you put into practice what you have learned for them.
Day 1: Quick Breads - Southern Biscuits; Blueberry Muffins; Irish Soda Bread; Popovers. Day 2: Yeast Breads - Basic Yeast Dough; Pita Bread; Brioche Loaf; Sweet Sticky Bun Dough. Day 3: Cookies and Pies - 1-2-3 Cookie Dough; Biscotti; Mudslide Cookies; Basic Pie Dough; Cherry Pie; Chocolate Cream Pie; Pecan Pie.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
