Doug Vogel

Growing up in western New York, the abundance of fresh produce combined  with Doug’s family’s passion for food helped to influence Doug at an early age to pursue a career in the culinary arts. He acquired his first restaurant job at the age of 15 and never looked back.  Before joining the Publix Aprons Cooking School team, Doug had the pleasure of working for several award winning restaurants including the Alley Cat Café, Mattison’s Steak House on Longboat Key, and the Canvas Café.
