Bob Vitiello

Bob started cooking in 1980 in N.J. at a family owned Italian restaurant called Dominicks. After working for 2 years as sous chef he was promoted to executive chef, a position he held until relocating to Fl. In 1990 where he worked at Nick’s on the water in Sarasota for the next 8 years and then J Ryans restaurant until 2003 when he came to Publix, where he is currently a sous chef at the Sarasota Aprons cooking school.
