Chef Marc Positano’s desire for the culinary arts started as soon as he could hold a wooden spoon. He graduated with honors from culinary school in Chicago, Illinois; then, for 10 years, worked in many culinary positions to expand his knowledge and skills. After that, Marc opened a trendy new concept restaurant - an Italian-American eatery and martini bar. Five years later, in search of warmer climate and new challenges, Marc moved to Florida and worked at J Ryan’s. In 2002, he joined Aprons Cooking School and now, helps to bring the fun and excitement of cooking to others.
