Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Figs Stuffed with Stilton Cheese and Drizzled with Balsamic Glaze; Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil Poached Garlic Aioli, Pecan Smoked Turkey Breast, and Bibb Lettuce on Toasted Ciabatta Bread; Aged White Cheddar Bites Paired with Grapes; Dark Chocolate Ganache Filled Strawberries Dipped in White Chocolate on a Brown Sugar Tuile.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
