Want to create dishes on the grill and be considered the “Grill Master?” Come relax while we show you all the basic techniques of grilling and how to pair wines with classic grilled dishes.
Grilled Scallops with Mango and Cardamom Chutney; Black and Blue Cheese Sliders with Peppered Bacon; Georgia-Style Barbecue Baby Back Ribs; Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream and Homemade Rum Caramel.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
