Let’s fill up our plates, and spice up our palates with the bold, robust, aromatic flavors of India. Let our chefs introduce you to a new way to create flavorful, healthy vegetarian dishes with influences from Mumbai to Delhi.
Homemade Naan (Indian Oven-Baked Flatbread); Peanut Chat (Spiced Cucumber, Peanut, and Tomato Salad); Aloo Matar Curry (Curried Potatoes and Peas); Mixed Dal (Lentils) with Roasted Carrots, and Eggplant; Perfect Saffron Rice; Kela Ki Subji (Banana Curry).
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
