Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Israel Flores began his career with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in 2001. Over the past thirteen years he has mastered all aspects of Heart of the House roles and traveled as a Corporate Trainer. He has worked in ten different Ruth’s Chris locations in three different states. His favorite quote from founder Ruth Fertel is “Do what you love, and love what you do.”  He brings that passion for cooking and hospitality to Ruth’s every day.
