Jerry Craft, Aprons Staff
Jerry has spent his career teaching in one way or another. Beginning as a Theatre Professor for Florida State University and then for Florida high schools, he has been teaching in the culinary world since 2010. Submitting to his passion for food, Jerry attended Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. He has worked for such companies as Walt Disney World and Starbucks, honing his hospitality skills. Chef Jerry opened his own Personal Chef business in 2010, serving local celebrities, large corporations and the local community at large. Chef Jerry trained to be a sommelier in 2011, promoting his passion for fine food and good wine.
