DESCRIPTION - Do you like sauces, but not sure how to make them or have them turn out wrong when you try? Well, we’ll teach you foolproof methods for creating the five mother sauces and pair them with some tasty dishes.
MENU - (Béchamel) Baked Macaroni and Cheese; (Veloute) Roast Chicken with Tarragon Supreme; (Espagnole) Shepherd’s Pie; (Tomato) Spaghetti with Marinara; (Hollandaise) Citrus Roasted Asparagus with Sauce Maltaise.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
