Originally from Alabama, Scot cooked his way across the country and
around the world before finding his home at the Aprons Cooking School in 2009.
Scot brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the program and
loves to share his honed skills and what he calls "the tricks of the

Terry Gracie

Terry Gracie inherited his culinary passion from his grandfather, who was a chef for many years. He started working in restaurants out of high school and has worked at top hotels in the Tampa area, including the Grand Hyatt and Hard Rock Hotel.


Michel Revy
Michel Revy

Michel Revy was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, there he grew up in a diverse world of culinary influences due to his Brazilian, European and Middle Eastern background. He moved to the US when he was 13 years old.  


Emily Roberts
Emily Roberts

Emily Roberts was born at Fort Polk, Louisiana; she lived in nine states, but moved over twenty times with her father's military career. In college she acquired two degrees at Johnson & Wales University, with an Associates of Science, Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. Baking artisan breads and pastries will always be her ultimate passion.

Emily moved to Lakeland from Colorado in May 2012, determined to work for Publix. As an employee, she will continue to further her career with Publix, learn as much as she can from the chefs, and teach customers the joy of cooking and baking at home.
