A chilly day and the smell of a roast in the oven, great memories! You can roast all kinds of things; join us for a “full” night of food, fun, and wine.
Roasted Winter Vegetable Salad; Roasted White Bean and Sausage Soup; Dueling Meats: Herbed Chicken & Beef over Parsnips with Wild Mushrooms; Roasted Hazelnut & Cashew Chocolate Tart.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
