Come hang out with some real fungi’s. We will showcase a variety of mushroom inspired dishes.
Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Scented Pate with Grilled Crostini; Marinated Portobello and Roasted Asparagus with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce; Dried Mushroom Crusted Beef Medallion with Red Wine Mushroom Ragout; Truffle Chocolate Shortbread Cookie.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
