Winter weather is often cold and grey, but the fruits and vegetables are much too warm and welcoming. The grey will be swept away by this colorful display of palate pleasing recipes.
Citrus and Red Onion Salad; Warm Kale Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette; Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Braised Brussels Sprouts with Cream Sauce; Roasted Fennel and Pork Roast.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
