DESCRIPTION - Do you have a passion for Italian food? This series will take you on a culinary tour through 3 regions of Italy. Along the way, you will discover techniques for some of the finest Italian classics and glimpse the Italian approach to dining. This is an advanced-level class designed for those who have a significant comfort level sautéing, chopping, slicing, and dicing.
(Islands of Italy): Leg of Lamb Cacciatora; Fava Bean Puree with Pancetta and Shrimp; Cheese Panzerotti; Eggplant Caponata.
(Central Italy): Fried Dough in Honey; Crescent Cookies; Pizza Quatro Stagioni; Mozzarella Fried in Bread.
(Northern Italy): Capellini with Pesto; Parmesan Baked Cabbage Stuffed with Chicken and Sausage; Polenta Lasagna; Woodsman Swiss Chard Bread Soup.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
