Tony Charbonnet
Tony Charbonnet

From an early age Tony shook the hand of destiny when he ran the milkshake machine in the Picayune Junior High School cafeteria. This exposure to large scale cooking coupled with the family style cooking in his home influenced him without him knowing.

Lionel Lariviere
Lionel Lariviere

Lionel is a native of Pensacola Florida, and a graduate in culinary arts from Pensacola State College. His passion and love for cooking derived from his French and Italian family roots where cooking was the center of every event. Working for many of the top restaurants in Pensacola and mentored by James Beard Award winning Chefs, Lionel has decided to bring his culinary career to the next level by relocating to Jacksonville and teaching at Publix Aprons Cooking School.

Robert Stackhouse
Robert Stackhouse

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Robert developed his love of food and cooking at an early age in his grandmother’s kitchen. At eighteen, Robert joined the United States Air Force and served the majority of his career abroad in Germany, Italy, and Korea, which afforded him the opportunity “to eat food the way it should be eaten—fresh and wholesome”. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked in the golf industry for 6 years until he chose to pursue a culinary degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville, where he graduated with honors. Robert is passionate about food and even more passionate about getting families back in the kitchen. This makes him a perfect fit for Publix Aprons Cooking School.
