Robert Stackhouse, Aprons Staff
Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Robert developed his love of food and cooking at an early age in his grandmother’s kitchen. At eighteen, Robert joined the United States Air Force and served the majority of his career abroad in Germany, Italy, and Korea, which afforded him the opportunity “to eat food the way it should be eaten—fresh and wholesome”. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked in the golf industry for 6 years until he chose to pursue a culinary degree at Florida State College of Jacksonville, where he graduated with honors. Robert is passionate about food and even more passionate about getting families back in the kitchen. This makes him a perfect fit for Publix Aprons Cooking School.
