James Carlin

James Carlin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. He has over 24 years of experience as a chef in the industry working at various hotels, country clubs and restaurants throughout the North and Southeast before joining the Publix Aprons Cooking School in Jacksonville. He has a passion for cooking and enjoys interacting with people and teaching others who have a desire to learn to cook.
