(Week 2: All About Dips and Spreads) Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Dip; Mixed Olive Tapenade; Sundried Tomato Basil Spread; Traditional Hummus and Black Bean Hummus; Roasted Garlic Spread.
(Week 3: All About Appetizers and Hors D’oeuvres) Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce; Chicken Curry Samosas; Crispy Potato Skins; Tandoori Chicken Fingers; Lamb Brochettes with North African Spices; Molasses Mango-Glazed Shrimp Skewers.

After you submit this form, a Publix Apron’s staff member will call you within two (2) business days to finalize your reservation and accept payment.
Please note that you are not registered for a class until payment is received by the school. If payment is not made within four (4) business days from when you submit this form, you will be moved to the class waiting list.
Reservations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online reservation requests. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Apron's reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
