This class will focus on getting the most from your grill while enjoying the benefits of eating fresh seafood.
Grilled Oysters with Garlic-Tarragon Butter and Parmesan Cheese; Lobster Tacos with Charred Pico de Gallo, Queso Blanco and Chorizo; Grilled Marinated Snapper with Orzo ‘Caponata’; Grilled Buttermilk Bread Pudding with Peaches.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
