The egg is quite possibly one of nature's most perfect food, not to mention a powerhouse of nutrients and culinary versatility. Our Aprons chefs will take you through the techniques from basic to advanced egg cookery, as you learn to prepare these delicious dishes, featuring the incredible edible egg.
Not So Classic Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise; French Onion Soufflé; Beef Tenderloin with Savory Wild Mushroom Custard Sauce; Angel Food with Berries and Sabayon.
Registrations are made on first-come, first-served basis. Some classes will not be available for online registration. Registrations must be canceled 72 hours in advance for a refund. Publix Aprons reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to substitute instructors.
