Rey De La Osa
Rey De La Osa

Rey began his Publix career in 1999 in Customer Service. While attending Johnson & Wales University, Rey worked at The Four Seasons Hotel in Miami. In 2008, Rey transferred to the Prepared Foods Department at Publix Greenwise Market in Boca Raton to pursue his culinary career. Rey began working at the Plantation Publix Aprons Cooking School in 2010 to share his culinary passion with others. Rey has now been promoted to Resident Chef at the Boca Raton Publix Aprons Cooking School.

 

 

Vincent Andreano
Vincent Andreano

Vincent graduated as a Certified Chef from Atlantic Technical Institute’s Commercial Culinary Program. He grew up in a family of chefs and restaurant owners in Staten Island, New York. Vincent is passionate about cooking and truly loves to pair meals with wine! He is most proud of his family, having been married to his lovely wife, Celene since 1991. They have four children, Vincent, Nicholas, Jenna and Gianni. Vincent has recently returned to the culinary arts after a 20 year hiatus where he studied and practiced law in both California and Florida. While he enjoyed his law practice and helping his clients, food and wine is his true calling.

 

Darrin Beni
Darrin Beni

Darrin is a graduate of the American Culinary Federations Apprenticeship Program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Over the past 20 years, Darrin has managed three hotel and 2 full-service restaurants. Darrin has been with Publix since January 2013, starting in the Deli and in November 2013 moving over to Aprons Cooking School in Boca Raton.

 

Michael Waters
Michael Walters

Michael is a graduate of Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. However, that was not where his love for cooking started. Michael's family was rich in the culinary field but in many different ways.
