Patrick is now a distinguished Executive Chef and Partner, and oversees all menu creations for all of The Max Group of restaurants. His vision is one of ever-changing, exciting dishes which reflect the freshest flavors of the seasons.

Chef Michael has been awarded numerous 4 star reviews for his cuisine and has also been nominated for a “James Beard Rising Star in Culinary Arts” award. He describes his food as “Seasonal Fare” prepared with a modern French twist, focusing on exceptional ingredients, big flavors, with a fun twist.

 

Jonathan Walko
Jonathan Walko

Jonathan Walko began his career with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in 2005 while attending the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. He began in front of house operations as a Server Assistant and continued to move throughout the various roles including traveling as a Corporate Trainer. As a trainer, Jonathan assisted in spreading the Ruth’s Chris culture. After several restaurant openings, he began working in the kitchen in Winter Park, FL initially just to continue his knowledge. It was this switch however, that made him realize his passion for cooking and he decided to pursue a career within the kitchen. He became Sous Chef in Ft. Lauderdale in October 2011 and was then promoted to the Executive Chef position in Boca Raton in August 2013.
